Before returning your item, contact our support team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Packages returned without this number may be delayed or declined.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Deductions may apply for restocking, shipping, or other handling charges.
